Top Coat Concrete LLC was established by two brothers with experience in construction and concrete work.Our interest in great-looking concrete floors has led to the establishment of Top Coat Concrete LLC. After being introduced to Duralast products, we researched it, took training, and have been very pleased with the product. We love to completely change the looks and feel of an area by repairing and coating the floor.
