The building has a roof deck on level 28, solar thermal panels, and a grid-shell skylight that tops the glass-and-aluminum-lined central atrium.

Air enters the building through doors in the lobby, the café, and louvers in the ground-floor curtainwall, and flows up through and is vented up and out the top of the central atrium to naturally ventilate the public spaces.
