The following is a press release from AIA announcing an event with author and photographer Andrew Feiler.
The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Architects Foundation will host a dialogue with author and photographer Andrew Feiler on Wednesday, Oct. 30 to explore the impact of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
The event will kick off Feiler’s exhibit, Without Regard to Sex, Race or Color: The Past, Present, and Future of One Historically Black College, which appears at the Octagon Museum from Oct. 30-Feb. 22. During the reception, AIA will also announce its new Future Architects Opportunity Grant, which will support architecture students at HBCUs.
