170 North 5th Street is a new, 16-unit, 21,000 SF residential condominium occupying an infill site in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It is comprised of two buildings that share a lobby and an elevator to maximize efficiency. Apartments range from studios to 3-bedrooms with the majority having some exterior space. Ground floor units have landscaped rear yards and penthouses have roof terraces. High end finishes include stained wood floors and glass tile bathrooms. The building uses a wood finish rain screen system on the exterior.
