Project Description
This project is the renovation and expansion of the middle unit of a triplex. It is phase two in an ongoing exploration of light density housing in lieu of the typical detached single-family dwelling to fulfill the promise of the American Dream . With multiple units and limited floor area, issues such as privacy, open spaces, occupancy and livability are redefined to create opportunities for architecture.
