Project Description
Conversion and restoration of a late 1800's early 1900's 2 story brick commercial structure for use as a mixed used building featuring two new retail spaces and two new office spaces on the ground floor as well as four residential apartments on the upper floor. Additionally the exterior brick and glass storefront were completely restored to reflect the original found in historic photographs.
