Project Description
800 North Glebe Road is a 10-story trophy mixed-use office building containing 316,000 square feet of Class A space and 27,000 square feet of retail space. The building is located at a high-profile intersection in Arlington, Virginia. Its sweeping 10-story curtainwall façade made of three glass “sails” accentuates the amazing sight lines down the primary arteries of North Glebe Road and Wilson Boulevard. The building has achieved LEED-NC Gold Certification. This project is the third office building designed by Cooper Carry within a two block span along North Glebe Road in Arlington.
