Project Description
An old bungalow built in 1968 did not meet the requirements of the client. A thorough renovation was inevitable . A flow design was drawn up in which we proposed the concept with a nod to the Californian modernism. The existing bungalow was dismantled and stripped of techniques. On the existing roof a sun deck is installed with an extension in wood. materials The materials running from the outside inwards. The number of materials was kept limited . We opted for durable and warm materials such as wood, black brick, blue stone , … nature Lots of light and sight lines cross the property and give the house a complete landscape experience . All functions are arranged according to the compass . Large awnings protect the windows from direct sunlight.
