Project Description
A 55 mt2 apartment in an old building in a revamped neighborhood for a young lawyer in the Midwest of Brazil.
Originally a two bedroom apartment and separate rooms has been transformed into a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living room and integrated dining. The priority was to make the most spacious, large and bright apartment. The construction materials used in the reform are practical maintenance in black, gray, white and blue.
Vibrant colors were due to objects, furniture and works of art of regional artists and Indians. The furniture is all signed and has names: Sergio Rodrigues, Zanine of Zanine, Aristeu Pires, Marcus Ferreira and Egg furniture.
One of the rooms has led to fully integrated dining room with kitchen and TV room. The kitchen now follows the same floor of the apartment and a structural column with counter is the only thing that separates it from the rest of the room.
