Project Description
DWY Landscape Architects was the lead firm on the renovation of this private, waterfront estate that included both a new landscape design and a complete interior remodel. The new design for the grounds included a bamboo privacy wall at the street’s edge, a new motor court leading to a glass cube entry walk, labyrinth garden, palm grove, a water wall and spa with fire pit feature and a new raised deck with a secondary spa. The interiors included all new finishes from the wood ceiling to the floor surfaces, new kitchen, a total renovation of the master suite and bath and the addition of an office which overlooks the water features and beach.
