Combining elements from different architectural styles and vernaculars, this marvelous estate perched along the bluffs of Malibu is strikingly beautiful. Sliding wall systems open the home to the outdoors as cumaru flooring flows into the cumaru decks joining the indoor and outdoor spaces as one. Curved glass and curved soffit boards embellish the softness of the radius walls, while the striking copper wrapped beams elevate the extended floating trellises. The kitchen island glass counter mimics the ocean’s various light and colors, enhanced by the smart home lighting scenes. The SPA bath with steam and sauna relax the body and mind after a swim in the lap pool, and there is always room to play in the adjacent family room or savor a sip in the wine room.
