Project Description
To revitalize the Rhodia Pharmaceutical Campus in central New Jersey and attract new corporate users, KSS Architects collaborated with Matrix Development Group to create a new Master Plan for the prominent site along the New Jersey Turnpike. The plan and designs highlight the campus’ park-like atmosphere and show how infrastructure, such as parking, allows each building to stand alone.
KSS and Matrix renovated Building H for Bracco Diagnostics, an advanced technology developer of medical imaging devices. The new offices provide a completely new workspace environment that is open, collaborative and sustainable. A key to the success of this transition was a visioning process and change management activities toward gaining buy-in from management and employees alike.
Through the incorporation of lit glass panels, Bracco’s identity is highly visible from the New Jersey Turnpike. Bracco’s brand is further woven through the space through graphic images and color. KSS’ ability to provide complete design services, including interior design, helped bring this important corporate client to the campus.
