Project Description

Located in one of the most important financial hubs in Asia, Aedas-designed China Construction Bank Tower was recently completed. This Grade A office building will serve as the headquarters for China Construction Bank’s Hong Kong operations, as well as offer high-end office facilities for international firms.

The building is situated in the heart of Central, the central business district of Hong Kong. Enjoying geographical advantages with a mountainous backdrop and magnificent view of the Victoria Harbour and the near promenade green space, Aedas gave clarity and simplicity to the building form which stresses a sophisticated sense and the staid image of the bank’s headquarters. The varying block heights and vertical lines create an imposing layering effect in a legible way that makes the building look slim and clean.

The 26-storey building boasts 19-storey of Grade A office with a layout that allows utmost functionality with ample open spaces, measuring over 10 meters in width and three meters of clear height. The top and penultimate floors are senior executive floor and VIP reception floor respectively. A rooftop garden is unveiled with landscape design.

The building also provides state-of-the-art building services that not only meet the needs of international financial firms but also reduce energy consumption.
