Project Description

Starting from the customers' preferences for classic, elegant and refined interiors, a space with spectacular details has been outlined through the quality of the materials and the integrated accessories.

Taking into account the climate of this area, the choice was made of ceramic plywood flooring throughout the house. The finish of the tiles reminds of the texture and color of the wood, being in tune with the pieces of furniture. Warm shades were used for the walls, balancing the chromatic hues developed in the arrangement. In the living area we wanted an accentuation through a decorative paint to highlight the art objects owned by the beneficiaries.

The apartment offers a generous lobby area, a living room with dining, kitchen, double bedroom and an office. The length of the hall allowed the arrangement of two dressing rooms, closed with lamellar doors.

The living area enjoys a large glazed surface, thus enjoying plenty of natural light. Therefore, it was desired to arrange the dining room as a standalone function in the perimeter of these windows, delimited by an arch.

The living room space has been furnished with solid wood suspended furniture, in a reinterpreted classic style, which elegantly combines the beauty of the classic design with current needs. The conversation area is represented by the two sofas with curved arms and upholstered with green velvet; the accessories complement the style created in a coherent way (see the luminaires and the decorations).

For dining there was purchased an oval extendable table, with chairs also made of solid wood and upholstered with cream textile and green velvet. Comfortable in the dining area connects with the furniture in the living room, being accessorized with many elegant decorative pieces.

The kitchen was designed to be functional, to provide the necessary spaces for cooking and storage, without forgetting the aesthetic side. Thus, the design of the furniture goes along the same line developed throughout the arrangement. The finishes of the kitchen, the ceramic tiles of romantic inspiration, the accessories and the decorations used have transformed the kitchen into an intimate space and very loved by the owners.

The bedroom also preserves the elegant lines of the whole house, the rounded shapes and the natural materials found in this room. The matrimonial bed stands out through the slate upholstered with a Bordeaux material, being accessorized with a green velvet blanket. Also noteworthy is the decorative wooden bench with the same Bordeaux upholstery.

The office is the area where the beneficiaries of the house spend a lot of time. Therefore, this space was also given due importance through elegant pieces of massive furniture. Sometimes this space is used as a guest bedroom, which is why we will find here a sofa bed.
