Project Description

The story of the presented house begins two years ago, when the owners, a young family with 2 children, bought a plot of land to build their dream home. Thus, immediately after the acquisition, the design and construction of the house began, realized according to the family's preferences and needs; thus ensuring all the comfort for it. With the help of designers and product collections from the Interior Store, an elegant, welcoming and very comfortable home was created for this young family.

With a built area of ​​340 sqm, the house is arranged on two levels, ground floor and floor, but also benefits from a partial basement - in which was created the entire technical area of ​​the house, but also the laundry and the drying room. On the ground floor, we find the living area of ​​the house. Access is through a spacious hall, which will introduce us to the whole atmosphere of the home. Very elegant ceramic veneers, walnut furniture, decorative cornices and wide baseboards are some of the defining elements of this home. The living room, which also includes the dining area - preserves the ceramic floor - for which it was decided due to the underfloor heating. In the living room we opted for a set of sofa and two large armchairs; with classic design and upholstery in embroidered textile material.

The living room furniture, with dresser and TV panel, is perfectly complemented by two windows on the corner - all made of walnut; with a classic design, very elegant. The dining area also complements the living room, ensuring a unitary aspect for this room. The table with eight chairs upholstered with the same upholstery as the sofas, but in a variant, without embroidery, drawers with drawers, open library - are some of the elements used to create this interior. The atmosphere is complemented perfectly by the decorative pieces, such as, the mirror, the lighting, the curtains in the veil and the soft curtains, by the lighting; but also the architectural elements used.

The closed kitchen was the ideal solution for this family. The kitchen also has a large room attached - to provide space for the necessary storage. The kitchen furniture also made of walnut, was designed to fit perfectly into the room - offering plenty of storage space and perfectly incorporating all the necessary appliances. Due to the large enough space, in the kitchen was also placed a family table, with 6 chairs. The first level of the house also includes an office, a bathroom, but also a guest bedroom. The access to the floor is made on a scale made of walnut and white wood; combination for which it was chosen to preserve the elegance and refinement of the classic style, but also to open the house of stairs that do not benefit from much natural light. Upstairs, we will find three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room. Access to each of them is through an airy and spacious hall.

For the bedrooms, the choice was made of white wood furniture; in contrast to the walls, tapestries and decorations used. Thus, in the matrimonial bedroom we find a bed with white wood structure and upholstery made from the Milk velvet, bedside tables and a dresser with drawers; but also a toilet for makeup and a tower for storage. The bed is completed by a decorative banquet, which has the same finishes as this one. The matrimonial bath, keeps chromatic, being finished with decorative ceramic tiles in shades of brown and cream, with golden accents. The children's bedrooms retain both the style and the color of the matrimonial bedroom. The beds chosen for the children's bedrooms are upholstered with removable textile material - so they can be easily washed and cleaned. Children's bathrooms are the most colorful rooms of the house, coming out of the classic, very elegant style. For these, a different approach was chosen; more personalized to their age. Thus, the girl's bath proposes shades of dusty pink and light cream - with floral accents; and the boy's bathroom was designed in turquoise and beige tones - with abstract geometric accents.
