Project Description
The goal of DWY was not only satisfy the many program requirements as an extension of the architecture while highlighting the natural site but, moreover, to do so in a dramatic fashion. The entrance connects the property across a private road while natural Callida stone articulates the open board fenestration of the home’s exterior. Unique features of the design include use of epiphytes, acrylic windows in the bottom of the pool and a 6,000-gallon cistern.
