Project Description
The design of the 40.000m2 project on a sloped land is based on maintaining the mountains’ slope to have a minimum impact during excavation, and respecting the actual vegetation; every tree of the 259 trees situated inside the plot limits will be replanted inside the complex. .
All the units have been placed in a way the view of the sea is optimized; each zone that is composed of 8 units has a private pool and gardens.
The hotels’ structure is based on a grid in which the client can modify the function of each space according to the area needed. It can host up to 75 double rooms, of which 48 benefit of an outdoor terrace.
