Project Description
The beneficiaries are a young family, with two children, who chose to change the decor of an apartment in the city center, with the comfort offered by a home in the yard. The need to move as quickly as possible to their new home led to the preservation of the existing finishes in the house, with only a few small renovation works being carried out.
The home is on two levels, with an entrance hall and a service bathroom on the ground floor, together with an open living area; the three bedrooms and the main bathroom being arranged upstairs.
For the kitchen it was opted for furniture in shades of dark green, with the island for delimiting this area. Thus, the kitchen offers multiple areas for storage, but also an area for quick snacks and a generous place for cooking.
In the living area we find a wall-accent also in the shade of green (made with a special decorative paint) to preserve the unitary character of the layout, taking into account the opening of the kitchen to the living room.
The natural leather sofa in light cream shades offers brightness to the space. The furniture for living room follows a minimalist line, which offers spaces for storage, both closed and open. The combination of natural wood and open olive of the furniture fronts fits perfectly in the color of the home.
Climbing upstairs, we find the night area. The full upholstered bed in eco leather offers an oversized slate, with light classic accents. The shade of cream used to shape a wall-accent prints relaxation and comfort. In order to benefit from as much storage space as possible, the beneficiaries have chosen a generous size cabinet with sliding doors and mirrors. Bedside tables and drawers with drawers also keep the room chromatic.
The children's bedrooms, not very generous in size, have been furnished so as to cover all their storage needs, taking into account the space limitations.
The beds for the children's rooms are upholstered with eco-friendly leather, each of them having a storage system with a crate, very easily accessible to children. Each of the two rooms offers a different color scheme - shades of green and shades of blue, balanced by white and neutral shades of furniture. The decorations were chosen taking into account the functional character of the rooms and taking into account the personalities of the 2 children.
The furniture for the whole house was purchased from the Interior Store in Constanta.
