Adams Craig is the missing link between home building and technology. Crystal Lane is an infill properties identified in prime location with stunning views. The property met the company’s mission to make the world a better place, improve the quality of the future home buyer’s life and minimize waste while maximizing company’s returns. We recycled and reuse as much as much of existing homes as possible and then thoughtfully build a modern masterpiece in its place through state-of-the-art green technology and sustainable building practices. The original home was severely outdated both in floor plan and aesthetics. The architects and interior designers re-worked the home to embrace the beautiful Arizona climate. patios off the front breakfast nook and the back great room were added. The back loggia area features a Nana Wall that opens and folds away into the wall fully allowing the outdoors in. The home targets the luxury buyer and no expense was spared on finishes. The home is equipped with solar panels, solar water heater, rainwater harvesting system and Icynene foam insulation. The backyard is adorned with a resort style pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The home is Energy Star certified. The kitchen is the heart of a home, the kitchen at Crystal Lane is no exception! It includes a breakfast nook, butler’s galley, walk-in pantry, wine room, entertainment bar, eat-in kitchen bar and an expansive working island that opens to the great room with views of the oasis backyard and gorgeous desert mountains. The breakfast nook is tucked in the kitchen near the front yard patio which lets in vast amounts of natural light and more mountain views. The kitchen floor plan is open and ties the home together providing a functional yet special place for the home owners to use and gather in. This project is more than a remodel and was sold and marketed as new construction because of the level of rebuilding required. The Adams Craig building philosophy of reusing and re-purposing the original floor plans takes this home to a higher level of responsible home building.
