Project Description
Daniels Spectrum is an arts and cultural facility very much focused on the Regent Park community of downtown Toronto. The 69-acre post-war public housing project is undergoing complete transformation to a mixed-use, mixed income development to be fully integrated with the city from its former garden city layout. Daniels Spectrum is the heart of the new Regent Park, housing non-profit arts, learning and social enterprise groups and has professional multi-purpose performance spaces and a community-run cafe. Informed by community input from the start, Daniels Spectrum is now a destination in the city for performance and popular event space.
