Project Description
This project involves a complete façade renovation for a designers’ colony. Each unit is roughly 1,000 SF. The units are intended as starter studios for fashion designers and local artists. The front façade of the building is designed to be wrapped in angled wood paneling revealing beautiful vines growing up the wall.
