Project Description
The project features 277 units with 4 work-live units and underground parking. Plans call for a public accessible open space with an art installation in collaboration with Superjacent that will be open to the community.
The building is amenity-rich and geared towards urban lifestyle: bike parking and cafe, four roof-decks, pool & spa, dog wash & run, boxing area, fitness room, yoga center, Parcel Pending lockers, and a business center. The 7-story project will be completed in Fall 2019.
