Project Description
The main hurdle was to design a home that met all of the Architectural Requirements set in place by the HOA and accomplish a modern style that homeowner desired. The exterior was traditional products with a modern twist. The interior was a clean-warm modern with Portuguese Limestone floors, stainless steel baseboard, trimless recessed lighting, and Poggen Pohl cabinets.
I believe that this home is worthy of the award because it married two opposing architectural styles seamlessly. The completion of the home accomplished the healthy tension between both traditional and modern.
