Project Description
Quinn Evans Architects adapted an existing concrete animal holding facility into a state-of-the-art research laboratory for a group of elite scientist dedicated to the study of molecular genetics. Part of a multi-building enclave within the wooded setting of the Zoological Park, the facility design brings a sense of outside into the workspaces. The efficient layout with common work resources and building services within a central core allows the lab users to maximize use of the space and has proven to be a real asset to the research team.
