Project Description
Following an expansion and renovation, Kelly Scott Madison (KSM)’s new corporate headquarters truly embodies the agency’s commitment to workplace well-being. A blue, custom-perforated metal ceiling, emulating tree-dappled sunlight, exudes calm. Set aside for daily meditation and yoga classes, a multipurpose room also provides additional, flexible workspace. A live moss wall in the café brings the outdoors in, and playful features, including plush indoor swings and a tiled Scrabble wall, add an element of youthful fun.
The completed design captures KSM’s unique blend of creative energy and corporate zen. Encouraging a more balanced approach to work while maintaining a competitive edge in the often-stressful advertising field, KSM’s new corporate headquarters prioritizes the health and wellness of its workforce—and leaves a little room for fun, too.
