The team’s goal was to design a single family home that captures and exceeds buyer expectations with exciting, progressive and meaningful design solutions delivered in a wide variety of concepts, configurations, and living opportunities. Keeping with the area’s rich architectural heritage and market demand, we provided styles that complimented the existing community yet create a sense of place. Plan Two “X”, is a single level plan in origin, that is offered as a “hybrid” two level home with a Bonus Room and Bedroom/Bath or two Bedroom/Bath + Loft, on the second level…accessible from the Great Room. This added design flexibility allows buyers to “live” single level and still enjoy the flexibility and opportunity offered with a two level home…additionally, providing further Architectural dynamic to the neighborhoods curb appeal. Efficiency of plan’s internal design, allows for maximum living footage with minimal circulation, allowing for greater room flexibility and option opportunities. The large “Atrium Courtyard” is the homes “Core”, which allows natural light to flood the plan from within and is connected both visually and physically to the Den, Dining and Great Room…from which the indoor/outdoor California Room is accessed, greatly expanding the Great Room’s livability and function opportunities.
