We were presented with a rectangular site, situated on the 4th floor in the Financial District. The main road lies to the North of the site. The building comprises of 5 floors and is glazed on the North and South facades. The concept of the design is peripheral planning, all the workstations are in the central space and manager cabins are pushed to peripheral wall. The material pallate consists of concrete grey for the floor, wooden for tabletop and charcoal grey for the metal used, giving an industrial look.
