Project Description

For Lithium, online communities have the power to build trusted relationships between companies and customers. In its new headquarters, the company sought to infuse this mission and its values while promoting a deeply vested commitment to client success. The space consolidates staff members formerly housed in disparate offices and realizes goals of attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive marketplace. Technology is embedded throughout the office in a variety of ways. In prominent areas of the office, wall graphics reinforce the company’s mission and commitment to client success. Real time performance metrics stream across monitors throughout open work neighborhoods. Work environments with easily reconfigured furniture range from private to highly collaborative, low to high-tech, and casual to formal. Most walls feature writeable surfaces to encourage spontaneity and allow for collaboration at one’s finger tips. Conference rooms and touchdown areas allow daylight and views for all and visually connects work groups. In a nod to the building’s historic past, elevator lobbies are complete with crown moldings and chandeliers, echoed by a tin ceiling in the “living room” – a space used for informal client meetings – or family gatherings.
