Project Description
Metro 510 is a 120 unit workforce housing facility located in downtown Tampa. This uniwue project incorporates the adaptive re-use of the St. Paul AME Church as the clubhouse and amenity building. The St. Paul AME Church was constructed in 1913 and is listed on the City of Tampa’s Local Historic Landmarks. This unique urban infill project features an outdoor play ground, indoor play court, “tween” room, fitness center, business center and elevated exterior courtyards. As public are, the historic stained glass windows in hte church will be restored and backlit.
