Project Description
Working for Shanghai-based developer, Greenland USA, Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) was the lead Architect on Metropolis Phase 2, a 514-unit luxury mixed-use residential condominium project. The building is comprised of 40-floors and shares an 8-Level podium containing 60,000 SF of retail space and an 1,800 car parking structure with the developments future Tower III.
