Project Description
Designed by Arquitectonica, Gabellini Sheppard and Anda Andrei, the Building Nears Completion this Summer
With Public Art by Celebrated French Conceptual Artist Daniel Buren for Fifth Street Pedestrian Bridge Commencing Construction this Spring
Developed by Terra and GFO Investments, Five Park emerges as the first luxury tower to grace Miami Beach in over a decade. Embracing a holistic approach to urban development, Five Park seamlessly integrates a glistening residential tower with a sprawling three-acre public park. The tower topped out at the end of 2023 and is set for completion and delivery this year.
At the helm of this visionary project are some of the world's most acclaimed design minds, including Gabellini Sheppard, Arquitectonica, Anda Andrei, Daniel Buren, and Sarah Harrelson of Cultured Magazine.
The masterplan by Arquitectonica is an ode to Five Park’s unique location. The design, inspired by Miami Beach living at new heights, highlights Five Park’s elliptical form which creates 360-degree ocean and bay views, with open floors and balconies for an inside-out approach to living.
The tower’s aerodynamic shape, meticulously engineered to reduce wind resistance, is a testament to safety, resilience, and environmental consciousness. Unlike conventional rectangular prisms, the tower's curvature ensures unparalleled protection against the elements, embodying a commitment to both form and function.
Alongside Andrei, ArquitectonicaGEO designed the outdoor amenity spaces with an interior sequential transition, providing a protected, intimate concept with secret gardens and spaces to explore and discover. Creating an amphitheater of landscape while overlooking the pool, residents can enjoy a sanctuary-feel from cabanas, hammocks, walkways, shaded areas and sunset decks.
To execute the interiors, famed design studio Gabellini Shepard worked closely with Andrei to outfit the residences. Airy, spacious bedrooms provide beautiful views and generous light, complemented with large walk-in closets. Each residence boasts custom-designed Italian oak cabinets and Gaggenau appliances, beautifully paired with marble counter tops and an integrated wooden-top dining table. The master bathrooms evoke a mood of elegance and indulgence, sporting Italian-made vanities, textured glass shower doors, and – in select units – wet rooms.
As part of the Five Park project, the Miami Beach Canopy bridge is set to start construction this spring to connect the building to the South of Fifth neighborhood while becoming the new iconic entrance to South Beach. Designed by famed French artist, Daniel Buren, the 158-foot-long enclosed tube will feature translucent panels filtering the light in a kaleidoscope of colors.
