Project Description
This project received honorable mention at the Mexico Citi Architecture Biennial, Craft Architects started from two premises: the first to break with the frontal continuity and create 14 departments of double orientation. The project is separated from the border in the East direction, leaving a courtyard that visually connects the two streets that limit it thus generating a third facade in the general volume. The structure of the building is resolved with load-bearing walls arranged every 3 meters in the longitudinal direction, and a core of concrete communications in the transverse direction.
