Project Description
The objective of this project was to give a new image to the rest areas and deprived of a department that originally appeared in the 90s.
These challenges are interesting because you can not throw and rebuild, but that all changes must be well calculated not to affect anyone.
The department is currently inhabited only by a couple so this new moment of life was used to create spaces warm, elegant and with an atmosphere that allows them to remain in force for another couple of decades.
From experience the team ARCO Contemporary Architecture favors the nature of the materials and their combination to achieve integral element that will give meaning to all spaces. Materials such as travertine marble, granite, walnut wood combined precomposed achieving a perfect balance.
Lighting is the central element as it sought to design and technology to ensure that each of the spaces can control the intensities and combinations to enjoy a host of atmospheres.
This was achieved with an automation system also controls the electric curtains.
