Project Description

The InterContinental development, located on the site of the 1773 Boston Tea Party, contains 424 hotel rooms, and 130 luxury residential condos. Designed by Howard Elkus, the building was inspired by the shape of a ship, with all-glass wings and curved lines.

The Residences at The InterContinental provide luxury living overlooking the Boston harbor. Its lobby and corridors feature our elegant Bonded Bronze in a custom pattern, and its elevator interiors are LEVELe-105 with Bonded Bronze panels in custom and Mazatlan patterns.
