Project Description
A ground up renovation that transformed a dark and outdated San Francisco residence into a light filled family home. The project included the addition of a fourth floor to increase the home's square footage and bring in more natural light. We installed custom rift cut white oak paneling throughout, adding distinctive textured finishes to the home. Custom walnut built-ins were installed around the living room's quartzite fireplace and custom tiling was installed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The result is a home that perfectly balances classic and contemporary styles with intricate millwork and the finest quality materials and finishes throughout.
