Project Description

No matter how well-defined an organization may be, we’ve found that the process of making vision visible always adds a new layer of clarity. Consensus. Color.

For retail analytics firm ShopperTrak, partnering with HED to design their new Chicago headquarters in the landmark Willis Tower became the catalyst for a deeper conversation about who they were, and who they wanted to be. Where they’re going as a company. How they differentiate and define themselves.

Through our intensive visioning process, close collaboration and clear understanding of needs and goals, we helped ShopperTrak refine their vision for a space that would, in turn, solidify their vision—and reflect their evolution—as a company. International. Inventive. Industry-founders and leaders trusted by the world’s most sought-after brands.

From a customer innovation center that demonstrates ShopperTrak’s groundbreaking technology in real time, to shopfront-inspired conference rooms that emulate the customer experience, to international imagery and a spherical, “global” motif repeated throughout the space, every aspect of the new office brings ShopperTrak’s work, identity and organizational vision to life. Elegant, immediate and seamlessly functional, the finished space embodies—and accommodates—the next evolution of a growing, future-focused organization and transforms “vision” into “experience.”
