Project Description
It’s located in Ahungalla, a well-known tourist destinations in Srilanka. Laying in a plot of land of 961 m2 and built area of 430 m2, a unique Beach Front luxury property overlooking the sea.
This Villa was intended to be a showcase for elegant, Srilankan traditional architecture and design. In order to fulfill this expectation, the project would respect the amazing beauty of the sea view and natural surroundings.
The ground floor features the Lobby, Dining room and suites, and an infinity pool. All oriented towards the sea to provide a true sense of seamless indoor-outdoor living. A further two bedroom suites, including the fantastic master suite with a generously sized dressing room, are found on the second floor, along with a private terrace over the Indian ocean.
90% Materials and finishes were salvaged from demolished buildings in the area due to road widening and other developments. The smooth cement finished floor, ceilings, and wardrobes, unifying and enlarging the rooms while adding a peaceful, natural quality to living spaces.
