Project Description
The Stratford Tree House was designed specifically for an empty nester couple moving from there home in Minnesota and their second home high rise condo in downtown Austin to a close-in neighborhood close to Lake Austin.
Priorities were a spacious home that would be great for entertaining, privacy, and a contemporary atmosphere.
Our primary challenge was a difficult topography and very restrictive local building and tree protection codes.
