Fox Restaurant Concepts approached hayes inc. architecture/interiors to design The Arrogant Butcher in downtown Phoenix. To create an instant classic, hayes inc. featured an industrial aesthetic with a neutral color scheme featuring pops of red throughout and incorporated an exhibition kitchen, art gallery wall, and an array of delightful lighting. Between the wrap around patio with outdoor seating, the ever popular large booths, and private dining rooms, there is something for everyone…whether on a lunch break or heading out for the evening to a Suns game or to catch a show downtown.
