Project Description
The Eldred Preserve is a 3,000-acre property located in the town of Highland in Sullivan County, New York. The preserve was originally founded in the late 1960s and served as the area’s premier fishing and outdoor sporting resort. It has been completely reimagined as an upscale resort and entertainment hub for visitors to the Catskills and residents of the local community. The resort was designed to be “a jewel in the woods,” allowing the forested environment to serve as a backdrop to a sleek, contemporary design scheme that mixes glass, wood, and stone. The preserve offers a total of 23 guest rooms, five private cabins, and more than 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
