Project Description
The Starr Conspiracy, a growing marketing firm purchased half a building that had previously been a problematic hip-hop club in Fort Worth’s Near Southside Urban Village
The adaptive reuse provides creative solutions - a flexible reception space with a bar for gatherings while a custom slat-wall made of poplar wood provides acoustic and visual separation between the lively creatives and the more subdued account executives.
A hidden skylight was uncovered to flood the open office area (once a dance floor) with natural light.
The project has been a catalyst for additional development in the area.
