Project Description
Williamsburg Terrace is a $34 million, 170,000 SF mixed-use development containing 72 apartments, 12 townhouses, three large commercial tenants, and below grade parking for 141 cars. The development occupies half a city block along North 3rd Street in the heart of Williamsburg Brooklyn.
The massing is comprised of 5-story buildings on both the Bedford Avenue and Berry Street corners bracketing the three story mid-block townhouses. The buildings are concrete construction utilizing a terracotta rainscreen system at the corners, and a brick and terracotta façade for the townhouses.
