The Zambrano Hellion Medical Center is located in Valle Oriente in the Municipality of San
Pedro Garza Garcia in Nuevo Leon.
With the Medical Center, Tec Salud, part of the Monterrey Tech System, seeks to transform the practice of medicine in our country through innovative models of healthcare that benefit the community, offering the highest quality service and technology.
The project was formed by a master plan of approximately 1,507,000 ft2 to be developed in various phases of construction and provides its services within a hospital, prevention,
diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, a research building, tower of offices for medical practice and school of medicine.
The concept of the project sought to design a place with a warm and positive environment
for both the patient and the doctors, so large open spaces with plenty of natural light and
overlooking to interior or exterior patios were developed.
The project builds on independent geometries for services that communicate through a
central street or spine whichis the most important public space of the project. The circulation created separates patients and visitors, generating the necessary privacy for users.
Some of the additional services offered by the Medical Center are two basement parking for over 2000 cars, employee cafeteria, visitors cafeteria and pharmacy, among others.
The Zambrano Hellion Medical Center is and will be one of the leading hospitals in Mexico
and Latin America.
