Acuity Brands and Renaissance Lighting have entered a partnership that will allow Acuity to license Renaissance’s intellectual property, specifically Renaissance’s Constructive Occlusion optical system. The two manufacturers will collaborate on research and development focusing on the improvement and advancement of LED technology.
