Anyone associated with the green building movement has likely made the trip to San Francisco’s Mascone Center this week to attend the annual Greenbuild International Conference and Expo, the world's largest conference and expo dedicated to green building.
And they didn’t just come for the weather.
Sure they undoubtedly came to hear such speakers as Kohler president and COO David Kohler; Cory Booker, mayor of Newark, N.J.; and Twitter co-founder Biz Stone, but they also came to attend seminars and look for the latest cool products that manufacturers have to offer.
Day 1 revealed wide variety, from triple-glazed windows and doors to insulation made from rocks and slag from the steel industry.
