As Design and Construction Week draws closer, manufacturers are gearing up for the International Builders' Show (IBS) and Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) with new product previews and showcase announcements. Here's some more of the sights you can see at the KBIS side of the show from Feb. 19-21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center:

American Standard - Booth N3004

The Beale MeasureFill Touch kitchen faucet’s side dial can be set to deliver precisely half a cup to five cups of water, providing measurements more quickly than a conventional measuring cup, according to the manufacturer. Users can operate the faucet by a touch of the hand or wrist to its dial window, a convenience if their hands are full or dirty. The faucet is available in a stainless steel or polished chrome finish, and features a pull-down faucet head.

Arauco - Booth SL4116

Starting this year, all Arauco Prism TFL laminate panels will incorporate InCopper technology, which uses an antimicrobial copper salt formulation to protect the panel surface against damage from bacteria, mold, fungi, and other microbes. Prism TFL laminate panels incorporate recycled and recovered wood fiber in their substrates, and are available in a number of colors and textures. Moisture resistant and fire-rated options are also available.

Bosch - Booth C3830

The Bosch black stainless steel kitchen suite covers seven product categories: a 36-inch refrigerator, 30-inch over-range microwave, 30-inch range hood, 24-inch dishwasher, single and double wall ovens, and gas and induction cooktops. The proprietary finish material is designed to guard against scratches and fingerprints, and to reflect light rather than absorb it, creating a brighter feel in the kitchen. Appliance features include quiet-close doors and retractable refrigerator shelves.

Gaggenau - Booth C3830

The Vario 400 series includes a collection of built-in refrigerators, freezers, fridge-freezers, and wine climate cabinets. Design features include stainless steel construction, dark anthracite aluminum elements, and handle-less doors that push to open. The refrigerators range from 24 inches to 36 inches wide and feature adjustable glass shelving, LED lighting, and touch-display operation.

Vinotemp - Booth N3300

The Private Reserve Series 41-bottle wine cooler offers the features and design of the existing series in a smaller size for under-counter or freestanding installation. The cooler’s stainless steel gliding wine racks are designed to keep wine bottles’ labels facing forward. Users can set the temperature between 41 and 63 degrees Fahrenheit, and display their wine collection with three LED backlighting options: heliotrope, amber and BioBlu. The cooler is front-vented and engineered for low energy consumption.
