Acoustic Mesh Panels, GKD Metal Fabrics
Designed by Cambridge, Md.–based manufacturer GKD Metal Fabrics, these aluminum mesh panels are suitable for use in office and commercial environments. They are easy to maintain, according to the manufacturer, and can be cut to fit around downlights, sprinklers, and other ceiling fixtures. A layer of fiber-free fleece helps give these modules a noise reduction coefficient of up to 0.9. The 1″-thick panels come in sizes up to 4′ by 8′ and with a variety of finishes. gkdmetalfabrics.com
