Project Description
FROM THE AIA MARYLAND
The purpose of this project was to
blend the boundaries between “campus” and “cemetery”, and
“past” and “present”, while creating a space of reflection
for visitors of the Woodland Cemetery on the campus of Clemson University. All
the while, remaining sensitive to the existing site conditions and the future
plans for expansion to the site.
