Lighting manufacturer Lightolier is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. The Fall River, Massachusetts-based company was originally incorporated as the New York Gas Appliance Company by Bernhard Blitzer, and has spanned the gamet of product offerings from high-end residential to multigroove downlights to personal dimming options. Its anniversary will be marked with the complete makeover of its TechCenter and the release of Lighting That Makes a Difference: The First Hundred Years, by Dan Blitzer.
