Studio RHE has recently received Planning Permission and started construction on a set of office buildings called Alphabeta. A conversion of Triton Court, Alphabeta will transform the Finsbury Square landmark building into a major new creative workspace. Finsbury Square is located between Shoreditch ‘Tech City’ and London’s financial district. As such, Alphabeta is set to become the new centre for London’s most progressive and challenging companies. The development, which is set over nine stories and 20,000 square meters of usable space, will provide a dynamic shared atrium space, communal roof-terrace, ‘ride-in’ cycle ramp direct from Worship Street, and embraces current and future working methods to provide a platform for creative work with vibrant communal spaces.
